Benedikt Köppel is founder and CTO of Locatee. Locatee provides efficiency solutions for dynamic workspaces and helps to reduce real-estate costs of large firms.

Previously, he has worked as IT System Engineer at ETH Zurich, IT Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in Zurich, and Product Owner and Head of Consumer Applications at Dacuda. Benedikt has studied Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at ETH Zurich.

In 2005, Benedikt founded the robotics association Helveticrobot where high school students students learn the basics about mechanics, electronics, and software development and build mobile, autonomous robots to compete in various international competitions. To date, over 50 high school students have participated in Helveticrobot. The team has won the robotis world championship title in 2011 and 2015, and came 2nd in 2012.
