Career Timeline

Chief Innovation Officer, SVP and Head of Internal AI at Tango (Nov 2024-Present)

Promoted internally to Chief Innovation Officer, SVP and Head of Internal AI. I lead the company-wide AI transformation across all eight functions: running the AI Lab, central enablement, and the function-level AI transformation plans that re-architect how a SaaS company actually works.

  • Established and lead the AI Lab team, running intake, experimentation and go-live of AI use cases, such as a Slack-accessible RFP assistant
  • Enabled the product and engineering team to use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Augment Code), with a clear return on the AI investment
  • Designed and delivered company-wide AI training, reaching over 85% weekly AI adoption
  • Rolled out per-function reinvention operating models across all eight functions
  • Selected and rolled out AI tools, negotiated with vendors, and developed usage policies and spending controls with IT, security and legal

Tango is the leader in Store Lifecycle Management and Integrated Workplace Management System software, delivering a single solution spanning real estate, design & construction, lease administration & accounting, facilities, desk booking, visitor and space management.

After the acquisition of Locatee by Tango, I led the integration of Locatee into Tango:

  • Integrated Locatee's product into Tango's core offering as "Tango Occupancy"
  • Aligned roadmap and product delivery with Tango's processes, while bringing best practices from Locatee to Tango teams

Founder, Co-CEO & CTO, President of the Board at Locatee (Apr 2014-Feb 2024)

I founded Locatee, providing workplace analytics SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 companies, and led it from concept to successful exit:

  • Built the company from a raw idea to a 70-person B2B SaaS business
  • Developed the leading Workplace Analytics solution, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies reduce their office real estate costs
  • Led the engineering and product teams, and later the full company
  • As president of the board, led our board of directors and investor relations, including fundraising from seed investors and VC firms
  • Achieved a turnaround from financial distress to profitability
  • Managed the full M&A process through the exit to Tango in 2024, coordinating external advisors, legal counsel, investors and board

Head of Mobile Consumer Applications at Dacuda (Sep 2013-Mar 2015)

Led the team delivering 3D consumer apps, developed prototypes and secured key patents. The 3D division of Dacuda was later acquired by Magic Leap.
