Promoted internally to Chief Innovation Officer, SVP and Head of Internal AI. I lead the company-wide AI transformation across all eight functions: running the AI Lab, central enablement, and the function-level AI transformation plans that re-architect how a SaaS company actually works.

  • Built the AI Lab from zero: intake, experimentation, production gates, on track to self-fund through measured business impact
  • Driving margin uplift and revenue growth sourced entirely from how the business operates with AI
  • Rolled out per-function reinvention operating models across all 8 functions, each with an explicit AI autonomy charter defining what AI decides independently vs. what still needs a human

Tango is the leader in Store Lifecycle Management and Integrated Workplace Management System software, delivering a single solution spanning real estate, design & construction, lease administration & accounting, facilities, desk booking, visitor and space management.

I founded Locatee and led it from concept to successful exit:

  • Built the company from a raw idea to a marketable B2B SaaS product
  • Developed the leading Workplace Analytics solution for Corporate Real Estate at Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
  • Scaled the team to 70 employees across multiple countries
  • Initially served as CTO, later transitioned to CEO
